As the saying goes ‘the show must go on’ rail, hail or shine.
This is what eventuated this week end Saturday 14 April at the Point Cook Pop Up Park.
AJP Trio – Jazz.Funk outfit performed in cold and windy conditions on the week end. Our first performance a few weeks ago was in glorious sunshine and people in the park were chilling out with some cool tunes.
This week end was totally the opposite of conditions. After having a marquee provided for us for shelter, it was not enough to keep the wind and the rain away from the performers and instruments.
We ended up setting up outside the foodcourt entrance undercover of course. The small crowd due to the extreme weather conditions in Melbourne seemed to enjoy our performance. It helped to brighten up their day for a while on this wet and gloomy day in Melbourne.
Thanks to Sara and all at the Point Cook Pop up Park for their support at our recent performances. Let’s hope the Park stays permanently next time guys.
